The International Committee for the Accreditation of Medical Institutions
(JCI) is an authoritative certification body for global hospital quality
recognized by the World Health Organization. It is also a rigorous and credible
international medical quality assessment agency. The JCI standard is recognized
worldwide as the "gold standard" for medical services and represents a high
level of hospital service and hospital management.
According to incomplete statistics, as of now, about 100 hospitals across the
country have passed JCI certification, including Beijing United Family Hospital,
Shao Yifu Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine,
Guangzhou, Fuda Cancer Hospital, Guangzhou Clifford Hospital and so on. It was
the first to complete the second-class review in the region in 2017, and became
a general hospital in Shunde that officially passed the on-site assessment of
JCI international certification in 2018, reflecting the hospital's determination
to comprehensively improve the quality and safety of the hospital. Benchmarking
international standards, allowing more patients to see a doctor at their
doorstep, while also enjoying high-quality medical services. The concept of
"center, with quality and safety at the core" has been fully implemented and
implemented.
