Guide of being in hospital

1.Have a regular admission card from your doctor.

2.Go to the toll booth for admission and copy your ID card,then make sure your social security registration（Keep the deposit slip）.

3.Carry your admission card、ID card and copy to haddle formalities in the Nurse Station that confirm your patient identity.

4.Please wait patiently for the arrangement.

5.Please wait patiently for the nurse 's work of treatment or check.

6.If you need to book the meals prepared from the hospital,telling to the nurse after hadding the card of meal.(Professional delivery， tableware provided for your own self )

7.During hospitalization，you can check your fare of detail on the first floor，just remember to carry with your ID card、socical security card...

Guide of out of hospital

1.Have a discharge certificate from your doctor.

2.Please waiting for the nurse to check doctor's orders and bill of your fare.

3.After receiving the discharge notice, bring the deposit slip / social security policy / bedside card to the toll office for leaving.

4.8:00-12:00/14:30-17:30 work time

   12:00-14:30 work time in holiday

5.If you need a list of charges, please print it at the charge window when you are discharged（Keep your invoice）

6.After completing the discharge procedures, take the invoice to the nurse station to obtain the disease certificate and discharge summary (excluding pediatrics and newborns)

7.If you are discharged with medicine, please use your social security card after going to the emergency department to pay for the medicine at the emergency pharmacy.
